A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district where DryAid may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Repeat Infringers

DryAid reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
