DryAid respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the waterdamage.info website (“the Site”) to do the same. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district where DryAid may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Repeat Infringers

DryAid reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Some links on the Site may be affiliate links, meaning DryAid may earn a small commission if you click through and take action (such as a purchase) at no extra cost to you.
